Currently I am working s.einem 1080i Project. We have with its SonyPDW-F350 rotated (SP mode, CBR 25 Mps). The preview monitor (standard VGA) is s.den second port of my graphics card connected. The Desktop was used on the graphics card driver extended.
With the Eistellung for "Secondary Display" in Vegas'm honestly not quite right to come. What influence, for example, the resolution setting? What setting makes sense because? My material is 1440x1080 px size.

I have almost the same system as you, also a X2 4,200 + with 1GB Ram. And I also still 1080i50 material of the F350 on my system. I currently run on a secondary display even with the preview set to "Best (Full)", ie the best quality with full resolution, completely smooth with 25 fps.
