Infoseite // Vegas 8.0 Platinum avi.sfl generates files that are not playable

Frage von cx11neu:

Hello,

Beginners as is equal to me the following problem:

With the Camera HDR CX11 clips I have created with Vegas Platinum 8.0 and edited the "render as" file type "*. avi" template "HDV 1080-50i" saved. The file has the extension "avi SFL" from Windos Media Player can not be played.

How, or with which program, the file can be played?

Thanks in advance

. avi.sfl is a different file. The file that you need is just. Avi and lies in the same folder.

Hi Marco,

thanks for the quick reply.

You're right, I missed the SFL file is synonymous tiny. My designs take but synonymous for the correct avi file. The file created as described above does not play and is synonymous of Media Player as synonymous thumbnail does not even recognized.

This Avi file has the following information:
Bitratre 1536 Kbps, Dimensions: 1440 x 1080

If I have to render a different template than HDV 1080-50i select the avi file play. The then has only one Resolutionvon 720 x 480

Perhaps the question so formulated:
When I referred to the program instructions for rendering the proper presentation of 1440 x 1080/50i choose, can I change the generated avi file does not play. What to do?

Many greetings

Antwort von Marco:

Another codec to use. One that is synonymous with you on Windows is installed. You had might as Cineform erwischt. Or - if so was - download of the free Cineform Neo-down player and installed the HD as a player.

Or perhaps the simplest and most effective alternative: rendering the video as WMV.
