This looks to me very much to have a limitation of the file system.
I guess it is time s.einer formatted FAT32 or NTFS s.einem too old.

Your hard drive is incorrectly formatted ... search times after NTSF and FAT32.
With FAT32 is the file size is limited to 4GB.
