Hey,
I want with my SonyDCR-HC96 my tapes in Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 Capture. For this I use a 4-4pin Firewire Cable.
I can only picture on my camcorder screen to see. Control is possible without any problems.
If I capture the error message comes "Recorder captured no frames".
Unfortunately had no similar problem is found.
What can I do?

For us it was defective Firewire cable, with exactly the effect of you described. Today a new purchase and lo and behold, now there is again synonymous Picture. It can be synonymous but other causes for the problem accountable.
