Infoseite // Which graphics card for After Effects CS3?

hallo zusammen.

I've waited a long time and now I want to finally get a MacPro order:
3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon.
I work mainly with Photoshop and After Effects, and am of course hot on the new CS 3 version. On the Adobe site / AE NVIDIA cards are recommended ... what would you advise me:
NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT 256 MB (Single-Link-DVI/Dual-Link-DVI) with
256 MB, or two of those, or an ATI Radeon X1900 XT 512MB (2x dual-link DVI)?
(the big NVIDIA is too expensive!)

Although I am not enthusiastic of ATI, but before you do something like the 7300 GT Holst, prefer to buy the X1900 XT.
