have the canon hv30 and wanted it today for the first time via usb s.den computer. after it was not recognized, is to me seems like the only still images via usb can be transmitted.
the only movies via firewire. The problem is: my laptop has no firewire input.
I like the whole go now?
how can I change the video's now s.einfachsten and cheapest transfer?

Has the notebook a PCMCIA or the new PC-Express slot there is corresponding Firewire adapter. Rest helps just a breakout box with USB (I think had Pinnacle Liquid for a time in the offer).

I recently had synonymous FireWire Express card to buy, are only ~ 25 ¬ for a firewire (ie 400mbit / s) and ~ 50 ¬ for firewire B (800 mbit / s) so that works out then great.
