Hi,
someone you know of a way, as I so disturbing distortion effect to your footage can apply? in the new resident evil 3 extinction-trailer can be seen as an effect, if the flowering of the las vegas las vegas destroyed will be blinded. then you will see a TV, the picture is so distorted.
maybe helps a plugin or something?

I believe in After Effects 7.0 comes as a ready-made already preset for, after such times old tv or something. That has such wavy distortions and brightness fluctuations caused.
