I can on my ext. Video no longer defragment disk because it is already too full. Now I have some runtergeschmissen Unneeded data, and now I have an avi with 13Gig where parts are fragmented and defragmented but they are not, the system always writes that it is not necessary and not formatted. Is that no preference if the disk is almost full and can not be defragmented. Otherwise, you could even use the record only up to about 90% of the remaining 10% would indeed needed to defrag. .

Whether this represents what if I finish this disk defragment can not anymore. There are a few gems that really (for me it), the long-term archiving, I would like on this record. How important is because the defrag.

if you only archive matters and will not ever something new comes out or is deleted, is a relatively defrag no preference.
A plate will be slower if new data constantly go up and down.
