Hello I have a firewire 4 Pol on usb 2.0.
My question is now my PC recognizes the DV cam, unfortunately, not what must I do so that the Dv camera of my PC is detected. Or is it at all with the above-mentioned cable.

For connecting your camera allowed you more successful if you forget USB and Firewire only go. Still, you're here in the forum, the first man, of such an ominous adapter actually has to face. Can you please post times where you've bought it and how expensive it was? I would be interested to know if it's synonymous obviously does not work ...

Hi,
kameraseitig see the Connections synonymous really very similar: in my SonyTRV-140E is the USB port of the same shape and only slightly wider than the Firewire connection. So what was presumably the questioner is present, is a pure USB cable. The PC-side connector when you can Watch Cool himself as a lay person is not confused.
