Method s.Du can upload your video on Youtube and then integrate the code that you will be given there, in your page. Thus it will run with you there on the page like Youtube, because: If yes of. ;)
Method b: you are converting your video to an FLV file, which you with a Shockwave application to bring playback of FLV files in your page. Basically, exactly what makes Youtube itself.
