Hi,
I recently had the Canon Pixma ip4300, because of its ability to print on DVDs bought.
The quality of the prints is synonymous more than satisfactory, but I noticed that the paint scratches on very vulnerable.
Has anyone a solution / solution.

Habe with Verbatim "Glossy" and Verbatim Still Image Quality DVDs created. The glossy look really great. The others are matte, but not synonymous bad.
Fixierspray When I do not know if auto clearcoat is good. Is not it perhaps too aggressive and destroys the DVD?

Lacquer is not bad. riecht halt ne now little strange, but then there. Now holds a slight against water and scratches, but has not, of course, the hardness of varnish. This cheap and economical.

Is ink a Pixma printer so sensitive? I have an Epson R800 and the prints with pigment instead of dye with ink. The (on Verbatim DVD blanks) are not particularly scratch, however, is synonymous to a printer much more expensive than a Pixma - at least concerning the purchase price.
