Frage von sleibnink:

Hello

I spontaneously decided me a camera to buy. That's why I registered here now so that you help me with my confusion can help.

So, I have a camera which is favorable. I was at times a look at Saturn since the cheapest start at 150 ¬. Until about 250 ¬, I would like to spend.

Thus, I think the question of the shape memory already clarified because all hard disks, DVD cameras and memory cards were expensive. Furthermore it's in your guidance for the first camera to buy mini DV to s.besten is still time.

This Speicherart knew by then I did not, so I have no idea synonymous.
A few questions:
DV1: 60 min I get it? Or is there cassettes with more space?
DV2: The dubbing on the PC takes 1:1 So how about Audiokastten play?
DV3: Can I reuse the Kaseetten, ie delete and re-record?
DV4: How do I transfer to PC s? Tape in the camera and run or with a special drive for the PC?
DV5: Will the cassettes to digital?
DV6: You say there should be a Headphones port to be? What if I have nothing on the camera view / hear)
DV7: Where there is a major loss of quality if I have the little Micro jack socket a normal XLR Micro depended on it?
DV8: Why is always of Fire Wire ports deal? If a USB port is not better?
DV9: In what format will be recorded?
DV10: Are there any disadvantages which the processing is concerned, however s.PC other storage medium (I mean no quality or speed but comfort and opportunities)

Here are the models for Saturn in the price category were:

Panasonic NV-GS 27 EC-S http://www.amazon.de/Panasonic-NV-GS-EG-S-miniDV-Camcorders/dp/tech-data/B000EN3WL2/ref=de_a_smtd

JVC GR-D 760 http://www.amazon.de/JVC-GR-D-Camcorders-miniDV- display / dp/B000MS3WSM

Canon MD110 Canon http://www.amazon.de/ miniDV-camcorder-35-fold display / dp/B000MXJ68M

SonyDCR-HC51-http://www.amazon.de/Sony DCR-HC51 camcorder-40-fold image Stabilization/dp/B0012XWR6O

CANON MD 205 http://www2.saturn.de/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/main?langId=-3&storeId=14051&catalogId=13551&ok=T_PRODUCTS&uk=proddetail&productId=491013&topCategory=31589&parentCategory=31617&categoryId=31618

The last s.besten really liked me, because they are the only input has a Micro, and was fairly cheap.

So I hope you can help me something at my next decision.

I thank you ever and would like a good night.

That you can know, just why should you? The tapes are now so cheap that there was not much to save is, and above all: The tape recording is the best, easiest and cheapest way to your archive material.

To control the sound during recording. A headphone jack is likely to cameras in your price range sought, however, only rarely to be found - and is actually synonymous then only really useful if the sound you can control manual, which seems None of these camcorders is expected to dominate. If your sound is important, you will be synonymous to an external Microphone not get round, but Caution: Even the connections are no longer with every available entry-level camcorder.

"sleibnink" wrote: ... DV7: Are there any major loss of quality if I have the little Micro jack socket XLR normal Micro depended on it? ...
Depends: If the cable is longer or the environment is not favorable, it may be - because, in contrast to an XLR connection only unbalanced - too audible interference.

"sleibnink" wrote: ... DV8: Why is always of Fire Wire ports deal? If a USB port is not better ...
USB is theoretically well suited for this, in practice of the camera manufacturers simply do not (except for a possible webcam function, or the transfer of still images): Only a handful of camcorders can therefore synonymous USB Firewire in addition to the dubbing quality to use in full, but with restrictions (For example, in the choice of software) can be expected.

DV-AVI, with one hours recording about 13 GB of space is needed.

There are filmmakers, where the transfer in real time too long. So if you fast for CNN cut to is with a memory card or Professional Disc camcorders but better served ;-) For pretty much all the other tape, I think the bottom line is still synonymous for the all around best solution.

Thus, any further questions answered Tagschicht then, I've now Feierabend ;-)

It would in principle still possible, in the long play recording time by 50% to extend, but it is not advisable. The LP mode is in contrast to the standard play recording (SP) does not cross the limits and defines the compatibility of such recording. It may therefore be that a tape recorded in LP is not in other camcorders can be reproduced.

"sleibnink" wrote: DV2: The dubbing on the PC takes 1:1 So how about Audiokastten play?
Advantage when capturing on the computer: You do not stand next to it, but the tape may be unsupervised run around while eating lunch or dinner during the television. About an indication of the "dropped frames" you can later verify that everything was correct.

"sleibnink" wrote: DV5: Will the cassettes to digital?
MiniDV = Digital Video Mini ;-)

"sleibnink" wrote: DV10: Are there any disadvantages which the processing is concerned, however s.PC other storage medium (I mean no quality or speed but comfort and opportunities)
No, the opposite is the case: DV recordings can be with virtually every video editing program, while the more compressed format of HDD, DVD-and Speicherkartencamcordern such a request, often unruly and oppose the user can demand a lot. Even the choice of video editing programs in such cases is often limited.

They had really even the GS 27?

What is the market for a cucumber ....

GS 90 is currently of 2008, GS 60 and 80 of 2007 ......

They have quite sure winner (3-5 Video Magazine) of 2008 GS 90 or winner of 2007 (3-5 Video Magazine) GS 80 Since? And I soon the old GS 80 more would recommend as a better filter and threaded at Lowlight.

Canon MD 205 / 215 is synonymous only input from the microphone for me to recommend wide-bad, and middling Picture a very round body.

One finds, however s.jeder of the above you an advantage or disadvantage, Panasonic GS 80 or 90 has been stable but when the camera turned.

Is there no sellers of you can advise?

Although some questions have been so funny, XLR jack s.einen consumer camcorder? Since you have ¬ 3400 for a camcorder to create any direct XLR jacks to get.

I imagine because it is precisely the Sennheiser MKH 416 in conjunction with a ¬ 199 Canon MD 205 with TRS to XLR adapter before. The camcorder in the class do not have a shoe accessory.
