Hi folks,
Canon "support" really brings me to despair!
FW update for the XL-H1 is only if we buy new wide-angle lens or the Cam einsenden and Canon of on-site can make. Lt. Support can be up to 4 weeks, a replacement camera, there is no (free).
Since EB team as we constantly have to be ready, that is completely impossible.
In order to come to the point: Who of you can give me the latest FW update to enable? Our XLH1 currently has the 1.0.3.0 FW.
I need the / a version of the Focus and Zoompresets can be delayed, which is synonymous with the FW, the wide-angle lens for XLH1 is inclusive.
Since the FW update in the USA Free! on an SD card s.die customers will find it just outrageous what Canon Europe as we peeled off with!
Well, I'm on every tip / download link of your gratitude, but I would be synonymous financially beneficial for you if you give me the FW could somehow give.

... Na which are synonymous provides extra anti-terrorist CIA SD cards ..... and bless' s should be preferred if otherwise!

Habs now I tried again with canon wg. the update and me with a superior service at the combine, who promised to me was the thing to worry about, so it was not a state.
Results (mail): "Thank you for your inquiry to the XL-H1.
In conjunction with our 6x Lens is a firmware update included. This is the internal communication between the lens and camcorder improve. "
Cannon Europe should really in "Can not" Europe umnennen!
I'm really on about if I have a few journals (cameraman ect.) About this "support" should be informed. The Camera has tasted imerhin 8000 Euros

PS: Had more days on the Web after a DL link for the FW sought, but unfortunately found nothing. Upside-down world, Cannon cracked software comes anywhere but a lawful FW update is not to be found.
Sucks man wants, so much can not eat ..
