I'm with this leidigeprüftem topic again.
But I have found for my Poblem no solution.
We make hotel and industrial films. So far in SD.
Now I have invested in a SonyHXR-NX5E. This is also known to
720 50p. This format I want to use synonymous. I would like to continue for some scenes my Nikon D300S (depth of field, macro, super wide-angle, super zoom) use. The 720 makes synonymous but 24p.
I work with Premiere CS5. The final results are to web HD, Blue Ray and his DVD.
Now to my question, which I put Project in Premiere?
720 50p? I must then convert the Sony720 24p before?
As the best result obtained custody?
Am grateful for every answer.

I'd say expect everything to 25fps and then put together.
