Frage von G4:

Hi,
JVC SR-DVM70 (DV / HDD / DVD recorder_brenner_ goes ...) van capturing DV> FCP5 QT 7.0.4 (Pal settings) to finish well at Van capture => "Error: Final Cut Pro could not read the file just recorded "
However, iMovie is the same thing done> HD 6.0.1, it goes smoothly.

Both go out of camera without problems.

System 10.4.6 Quicksilver,> 1GB Ram, HD 60/120/120/250GB
Syst.pref again, volume has access rights, etc. repair

Was it the Log and Capture "or" Direct? " (sorry, you seem to have an English version) I can not exactly explain, but I am in the direct recording of an entire tape surfaced once the colorful ball, but it disappeared again. When I proclaimed the information on the HD_Media, missing the 10 GB, but a file was nowhere to be found. After a reboot, the plate was empty again. Sounds at least like what you write: It has been included, but is not "legible". Using the Log and Capture, I have a better experience. Or is the JVC can not be controlled (not controllable)?

Hi Axel,
- Both (Log and Capture "and" Direktaufname ") give error (Final Cut Pro, English version).
Information required via the Finder> HD_Media> man sees a file with "Unknown extention".
Nachdemm I have asked the errors (= OK) is the plate empty again.
- JVC of Final Cut Pro is completely controllable.
A colorful ball in the above given problems it had never existed.

Salut.
Presumably your deck of Final Cut Pro is not supported. Even the export of. Dv from iMovie to Final Cut Pro will not work then. You can probably synonymous capture in QuickTime Pro, with the same result, Final Cut Pro does not want the material. In another forum I found this:
> "Error: Final Cut Pro could not read the file just recorded.">> I'd suggest capturing the Samsung's tape using a borrowed Canon Sonyor
camera, just to see that everything's OK except the camera.
Another thought is where you're capturing the footage - is it to the
internal disk or to s.external FireWire? If you're using s.external
disk, there might be problems between the external FireWire and the
camera.

The last, with the external disk, which I do not believe. I have an external synonymous scratch disc, if I'm traveling with the book. There were never problems. Too bad, will be the device that is seen synonymous because the
Cam is normally accepted.
