Hello!
I have the following problem which I simply find no solution and
hope for your help!
The HVX200E with a Panasonic DVC PRO HD recorded material, with which I FinalCut 5 (under OSX10.4.11) of a Fire doors have captured, it is no longer true in Final Cut Pro 6 (Studio2 on OSX 10.5.2) to play.
The Picture is ONAB the soundtrack (which I need to sync) will run at least twice as fast as the Picture and has crack or dropouts.
Entire occurs only when the material on which the format was DVCProHD 720p50.
For all other shots with the HVX200 (in 1080i) are on the FCP6-Studio2 system no problems.
On the Macbook FCP5 run at 720p recordings absolutely synchronous and without error.
I've tried everything possible as umkonvertieren etc.. but without success. Apparently there was what s.den audio playback codecs rumgeschraubt in the new version.
The error comes in FCP6 and synonymous in Quicktime.
Please heflt me! :-(

Check in your project settings for the 50p Project, whether the same sample rate for audio is selected .... if not, make it.

Uhm thanks, but it is not.
In the settings, everything is as it should be ...
The material is so synonymous in Quicktime Player incorrectly played.
It was my opinion somewhat changed s.den codecs and now
can no longer be with the older version around.
I still search desperately for a solution. :-(
