And although I have a of Panasonic (NV-GS60EG). Unfortunately I have no firewire port s.meinem PC (Medion, Vista Home Premium) but for my purposes, the USB connection is sufficient. When I first connected with the system that was synonymous immediate detection signal and Vista has something installed. But iregendwie but not everything. Magix Movie Maker and can both find no compatible device. Under "My Computer" will be synonymous and do not appear in Device Manager is just "Web Cam". Funny thing here is that on my old PC with Windows XP via USB flawlessly detected and man synonymous can access it. On my Vista PC sounds are always the detection if the noise with the PC, but it seems somehow not been integrated into the system to be. Additional Drivers are not, according to Panasonic and hardships of the theory is synonymous Vista compatible. I can imagine no more than that at the first recognition of something gone wrong. Hello uncle Leipzig have the same problem as you with Vista + Cam. Did the cam Panasonic NV-GS17 EG and the GS-90 EC synonymous they are both recognized but it is not possible execution. Do you have what rausgefunden as you transfer via USB can produce or have you converted to NEN Firewire ASnschluß? Would be very grateful for ne info. Without firewire, this will not be with the capture! Via USB only photos, where a card is present and it is used as the webcam to use. If data of the tape are the picture quality is only inferior in quality.

As far as I know (NHörensagen !!!!), some Panasonic cameras with the help of the included (!) Software via the USB data stream transmitted in full quality. Whether those cameras belong to I do not know, but Panasonic should users here, or look into the manual to figure out.
I guess times that the video with the Panasonic software to the calculator and then ünbertragen the files into the editing program of choice must be imported. A direct capture from the editing program in my view should not be possible.
