hello people,
I used ulead studio uses viedeo 11th
how to create effkekt disturbing, eg "the ring". like when a tv gets touch screen. as a transitional or something, I look synonymous. or) can be just a bit jerky (no frames away?
would be truly great if me as someone a few tips can give.
if they do not, then I would be synonymous on the other effects look scary looking.
