How these transitions (effects have been implemented)?

Hello,
I would like to know how the following transitions have been implemented in this video:

And while this transition, in which it seems as if only the contours of "become white" and then ultimately the whole picture ... I think Obliterate beautifully resolved and synonymous with the side of the ...
Can solve this by means FCP2, or because it requires After Effects?

Looks like Aperture on white, desaturate while up to 100% and may increase the contrast a little while.

Sure, if such transitions will look the same in the future, every one must Hansel KEYB synonymous not so much as a viewer.
Even easier, if all can buy the same identical source material and bring the same cutting machine in the form ;-)

So I think to myself that synonymous. But there's nothing noobigeres if one takes only effects from the canned food, pabulum and interchangeable.
Since I do I prefer the effort to create an effect itself, can in a regular program to save these settings and apply without problems to other Videosschnippsel.
