I suppose Flash. For me Flash is the best ratio between quality and file size.
Goggle times with: Riva_flash as synonymous, there is a decoder.

Feel lectured ;-) SUPER FREEWARE and is actually completely free. The download link is really well hidden somewhere at the bottom of the 3rd or 4 Page. Presumably you have downloaded something else.
