Hello,
I am looking for a cheap miniDV camcorder with mini-jack Audio Line In. That's according to my research on judgments rather a feature of expensive 3 chip cameras like the SonyDCR VX2100. Is there 1 chip synonymous cheaper alternatives?

Try a purchase, I can not give you but a hint.
The cheaper, the more probably is that the inputs can not be set manual. And the information in this regard on the part of the Manufacturer quite rare.

I do not think that is about a mic-in (which have so many), but the line-in. That reminds me, in fact no alternative to the VX2100 one (except even more expensive).
However, you may, if the microphone input is manual headroom to make synonymous useful results with a voltage divider that of herunterdämpft line level to mic level. A construction manual (requires only a few resistors and a soldering iron), I have my views taken from the network. The so-built part works very well between my mixer and the camcorder (in my case Canon MVX3i).
Only the susceptibility is slightly higher than that of a real line-up connection. In particular, one should not operate the camcorder s.Netzteil, because otherwise the network humming can be heard.
On a camcorder with no manual audio control, I would not use such a solution, because the volume is then difficult to control. Then take better bring the sound to an external device.

As I rauslese here, it means that the quality of the recorded sounds via mic is bad, yes?
The already mentioned synonymous A / V jack is meant to connect an external monitor or s.einem selbstgebaut thanks to an adapter () for Headphones.

If you want to write it into line signals a microphone input, one needs a series resistor to reduce the signal strength on the microphone level.
Conversely, you need a preamp, if microphone signals to be recorded in a line jack.

How would I get a line level signal? SQN from a small mixer or something? Or synonymous of microphones, which are increasingly not myself? Then should therefore a GTÜ Camera Mic In Line in AND have (usually you can even switch) ...

With consumer camcorders, the sound is recorded in the CAMERA mode only via the microphone input, while in the operating mode RECORDER only signals from the line input to be processed.

My camera is the Panasonic NV-GS 500 - is so top-class consumer. Otherwise, I work occasionally with the SonyVX2000E - would be synonymous privately my wish, but something beyond my monetary framework.
Yes, XLR s.besten is, of course, but the female is almost bigger than my camera ;-).
