Is there a software or plugin which does the following:
For a film (possibly mov file) missing images hinzumorphen irregularly.
There is software, such as Motion Perfect, dazumorpht the lack of pictures, but must be regularly missing pictures. This is for my mov files unfortunately not so.
It is about films from cell phones or digicams. The ones I get are usually in the mov format and bucking irregular. This means that for a few seconds missing every 3rd Picture, for a second missing Every 2nd Picture and then every fifth. Depending on how the digicam / cellphone the grade during the recording did. The information, which is missing Picture grade is correct in the mov-file exists, it is synonymous to the movie sound synchronously.

No, not quite true. Film restoration tools such as PFClean offer automated algorithms synonymous with "gaps" to be bridged. However, does the price of the tools correctly and of woe, therefore, would probably nix for average user ... , O)
