I would like a scene from only one Bildasuschnitt (such as a Still Image). Is that possible with Magix? Because the scene is blurred.

yep, that's possible .... play set the red pointer in the timeline s.die spot where the picture is located, go to File (far left above) - Film export - single frame as a jpg or bmp .... location choose - all done ....

Magix VDL synonymous has an image stabilization, if it is not too bad, maybe it helps.
