Small area in the Picture obscure individual without image?

Hello!
In a video I have a small screen area obscure. It is written in a kind of green curtain, which s.einer wall. It would be as rich, the image area in the same green to fill, or wiping with einr type tool, the font to blur.
Is there a possibility in Video Deluxe 06/07 a single screen in the video track to highlight and edit it? So I think this is not the mark with normal markers, but a small area in the video image.
The only way I know, now every single picture with a graphics program to edit, but fairly time consuming. If someone knows a better solution, I would be very pleased and grateful about it. Lieben Dank!

when the camera moves and the obscuring always s.der same area is located, I would proceed as follows:
Exporting a frame from the video as a jpeg. Open the picture in a graphics program and make the existing tools with the area unrecognizable. All around this area you paint it blue an AND save again as a jpeg.
In VdL you now draw the edited picture on a track below the video and choose in the Choice "video effects" bluebox. In the area of the jpeg picture is colored blue, you see in the preview and the video play on the field made unrecognizable Pic obscured the corresponding area on the expiring video - ready ...
