Some BMP images s.Television tremble, others do not?

Hello, I desöfteren the problem is that BMP-shake image files when playing wild and batting () Stillimage. Video was created with Ulead Movie Factory 2nd The comic is that not all BMP-shake image files, but only some. What can I do?

If so, it concerns a peculiarity of television, namely, the interlaced (interlaced). Turning to the flickering images, a simple, vertical blur s.and the flicker will disappear. ;-)

I wanted to wait until the response of Klinsman. Because, if the picture actually (rather shaky wasweissich), I confuse him with this information rather than what he learns.

It is more of a twitch. The comic is that synonymous batting only some parts of the BMP image. Eg. is the head of the singer's ok, but shrugs his guitar in his hand like the electric guitar of Jimmy Hendrix on speed.

Hi,
the De-Interlace is offered in many Editprogrammen with. Aperture fields, or just do what Mark has said, BUT
it may be something else. From what you are playing from the pictures. To me it looks more like a bad MPEG encoding.
Do try to describe times the "usual suspects, more precisely," or to change the approaches. So perhaps make your BMPs Targas or JPEGS to adjust the size and exact s.das Videofornat.
But I suspect simply the Upper and Lower tangle in the conversion of your still images. dH, the fields are exchanged through your program in its order (with stills).
In this case the picture is not simply import Stillimage rather than sequentially, countries you would have to rest your program then query.
Or use ReStream is, I know a free tool that just turned exactly the twisted fields in an MPEG stream.
