In dumpster.exe Explorer, click with the right mouse button, select Properties. Go to the "Compatibility" tab and set to run the check mark for "program in compatibility mode", as the operating system "Windows XP (; Service Pack 2)".
The 30.00 appears twice in the header than 3000! You have to change them s.beiden points in 2997th (; Hexadecimal: 3000 = bb8, 2997 = bb5)
