Hi,
I bought a few days ago a Philips DVDR 3300H.
Now I want a record about 10min. Avi movie of my calculator (Apple OSX) via the Firewire / DV-IN cable to the recorder.
After the launch of Adobe Premiere and open the movie, the display of the recorder of "No Signal" to the "DV IN".
However, I see that play when playing the movie in Premiere, not on my Picture and Television Studio of the recorder is synonymous with black only.
Is it even possible to get over this way the film on the recorder, or one must still make somewhere settings.

Hello Thorsten,
The direct connection from the PC to DVD / HDD recorder does not work often. Some DVD-/Festplattenrecorder accept as a setter only DV camcorder or recorder.
