Hi! Still have dozens of old tapes lying High8 that I now look after years and wanted to be secure. In this dusty, I have my Hauppauge Win TV Radio rausgekramt for which I have no drivers (for Win7, or Vista).
If I have no drivers of tips you should get, I will, willy-nilly, a new cut / TV / video card is the need to, but not too expensive to be. How do I play s.besten High8 movies, SVHS, AV ... or is there anything else? Quality is especially important to me.

PS: Do I need an interface card / video card? Cutting a lot, often playing on (HD material) ... etc.

1) What bitrate is really appropriate, so as not to have to look blocky, 720x576er from these videos? I have 4000 set.
2) How can you Video 8 and Video 8 under high distinction? Weiss is not the format in which the films were, as the camera, with which I now have the film playing was not the same of those days. My question: Are there differences in quality when I High8 films on a Video8 device plays (or are high8 and an AND video8 the same?)?
