Question: ... Choose a picture from a helicopter, what parts of the helicopter is in the foreground. Bastel you make a mask (out everything except the runners and a helicopter engine). That put you on the moving, minimal fuzzy picture. Done.

The 2D image is Still never really look like when in editing mode program (synonymous a 3D program, or a 3D layer in AE will not change) animate!
The reason why there are never convincing, is that when moving the background photos no perspective shift of the elements in the supposedly "real", the background is overflown. There will always look after Still Image, no preference how much disorder, grain or flicker pappst you about it!
An "overnight flight" you only get reasonably credible way, if you're on a very short cut and a very short "flight distance" limit.
One (or two) intermediate level (s) with "clouds" or "haze" (for example, made in Photoshop with the clouds filter), which you move a little faster than the photo background, could synonymous a little 3D-feeling of pure and bring the lack Perspektivenveraenderung momentarily distracted. Test it!
