You need a good reference point in the background to get good motion tracking, and then you'll probably need to zoom in a bit with the corrected video to avoid seeing the edges, this will lose you a little quality. You will also still have some motion blur so the result is not perfect. Apparently: http://digistudio.netfirms.com has a shareware filter you can use in Premiere but I've never tried it! It currently only supports PC use. Some cameras even have an LED powered IR 'light' on the front of the camera!
