Canon EF lens has expanded its range with three new, for professional or serious amateur photographers designed lenses. The new L series zoom lens EF 24-70mm 1:2.8 L II USM is the successor to the popular EF 24-70mm 1:2.8 L USM. The new EF 24mm 1:2.8 IS USM and EF 28mm 1:2.8 IS USM, according to Canon, the world's first wide-angle lenses with fixed focal length, equipped with an optical image stabilizer. The EF 24-70mm 1:2.8 L USM in April at a price of 2299 € and the wide angle fixed focal lengths from June 2012 for € 829 (EF 24mm 1:2.8 IS USM) and 799 € (EF 28mm 1:2.8 USM) can be obtained commercially.
