3D ball with (moving) images demonstrate against pocket

Hello!
I would first generate a 3D sphere. This 3D sphere, I would provide with different logos. When you rotate the ball in all axes, the different perspectives of the logo's to be seen. (It could possibly be synonymous moving images)
Now to my questions:
What software do I need? Is it difficult to realize, if so, who could so little pocket money for me to realize? Possible from NRW.

Ball can make any 3D progi then you need to make the texture, in effect, the texture is a square area and then around the globe is laid.
This is not really difficult, you have to do is the logos are available in sizes based on the surface can be mapped.
