I do not know what MS is 8, but the answer is no. Conversion to 16:9 always means: You throw away one quarter of the visible image and resize it back to 576 lines of Height. In the best case's looks a bit blurry, depending on the used programs and the user's eye is really synonymous sch *** e look ...
