I would like in After Effects CS4 project a full HD (1920x1080 at 25fps export) for later use. So far I have done this via Quicktime mov (animation format) the files are just pretty enormous (15s intro about 700MB). My idea: h264. Is not the best for further processing, but can be sent without a lot of quality loss via the Web. The videos are to be used in human size, but for up-and download on several PCs without great losses.
My question: How the hell can I export a 1920x1080p 25fps video in h264? If I export in h264 choices, I get the error that the video for his size too large, there is no h264Bluray at 25p (PAL), only interlaced, what I would rather reluctantly with ...
Which format should I use when h264 and especially how?

h264 avoided if possible, since delivery codec.

Alternatively try sometimes as the "Format" select quicktime movie and then in the "Format Options" h264.
