is definitely pure rip off, the topic has already been dealt with more often. As I said, it is perfectly legal to import, which can each save myself. So just garnicht buy, import or 1 x per month system image restore and the demo version. do so within 30 days. ;-)
Apart from the CS3 package has such a miserable product quality and stability (especially s.mac) that the CS4 actually regarded as a free Bugfix could. Should the EU really complain times, there is zimlich hard and clear targets for the software manufacturer Adobe IMO no way can satisfy with the scrap.

I was just about me a U.S. version of CS4 to import, but the problem with the localization of the activation is probably a version of us in the EU-country, not to be released - is the Rotzfrech of Adobe.
Moreover, I once again noticed how immature the CS3 version for years was / is:

You can only see the error, I find synonymous shitty I know exactly what I need to Premiere CS3 to crash. I'm on the other hand, dynamic link and the whole game together, the new AE and PS uvm. so excited. Forget to think the man 8 kriegt Programs for 3000 and the Eur / or the update for 1000-1300. Comparison with the times and Microsoft look at this bug. I now get CS4 and am curious whether Premiere finally working correctly. hg Flo

You can activate the U.S. version here synonymous easily and perfectly legal (according to my knowledge). By localization I mean you can not the U.S. version in German or another language, or install the Language how to change that at a professional software actually expect. However, there are hacks, if necessarily on German man's needs - whether and how DAS is legal then I do not know.
