tomorrow when I have people filming horseback, with an advertisement for a horseback riding will be.
Because what's right, see here, that I wanted to ask you:
Quote:
Quote: Section 11 of Animal Welfare Act (1) Who 3.gewerbsmäßig d) to showcase animals for such purposes or to provide ... will require the permission of the competent authority. In the application for the permit shall specify: 1. the type of animals affected 2. the activity responsible person 3. in the case of sentence 1 No. 1-3, point a to d the premises and facilities and in the case of sentence 1 No. 3, point e is the equipment and the substances and preparations used in the activities are intended. The application shall be evidence of the expertise within the meaning of paragraph 2, No. 1 attached.
Can I simply filming or do I need the above-mentioned permission.
Shooting at the private teacher of the horses has its own. And nothing for the film will be trained but I should be riding just filming, there will be nothing for the film EXTRA trained.

You do not need permission.

I had read somewhere that animal images such permits need. If the problem is, then I can probably now filming, there's nothing bad, just riding.
More precisely: Had previously read that because of the Animal Welfare Act and the trainer films require a permit. If, however old or wrong.

Well, the animals have Pferdetüpische where noise of sibilants included in the back - probably the most "yes" should be hot.
Smaller dogs are happy to be known, wet, wet of joy.

No, there are animals (horses) on the pasture, in my case.
When animals for an animal-movie-train would be here 100% permission-.
My original question has to do with animals, specifically with horse riding, but because no Drissur for the film is made, it will go. (Horseback riding would be no extra training for the film).
Well, the issue has been done.
