Hi,
have a mov file in 4:3 format (720x576) there. Originally the film was recorded in 16:9 but he has been interim rausgerechnet in 4:3 format again, with the result that the boffins have shown, people and parties are no longer around. Task now is to the film again 16:9 in the original format, with dimensions of 480x270 to get without black bars (letterbox) or something to cut. The film will be shown later on the Internet, it must therefore be square pixels. Is it in Premiere CS4, as for example in Photoshop, the ability to scale as a film only in the Height Is that possible, precisely because of the square pixels?
