Can I use this Adorage Effects synonymous in VDL16?

I have a few days, the Special Edition "video deluxe 16 plus" order, which is supposed to contain, according to an Internet synonymous Adorage Starter package with effects.
After I've yet these same Adorage DVD brought here:
Now available with this offer but nothing of a VDL-support, but are to judge by the pictures after the Adorage plug-ins of 2006 and probably at this time were the Effects of Video Deluxe still not supported.
But I think I would have these effects with the (almost) latest version VDL 16 in a project can include! Or does it only with the Adorage effects that contains the supplied starter kit?

Usually can be integrated into an already installed Adorage package other packages. After installing the other packages when you start the program then to note that volume Nr.xxx has been added.
