Can I with a AVKabel the MV700 s.den PC and watch movies

Hi
I have a 700 and MV would like to s.den PC films and photos as I watch.
Furthermore, I considered it as a webcam to use but since I can not connect to PC hab, geht das ja not synonymous. Perhaps you know so, if I did link how to do it?
But the camera only has an AV connector and the cable into the camera once corner and the other three times in the PC nothing happens.
Do you have an idea what it is?
