Now the part 2x beeps and does not high. Once it is started up briefly, but then there came the message "Hardware Malfunction, NMI: Parity Check / Memory ParityError, The system has halted (blue background)?
Someone an idea what that is?

The error message you mention would be a RAM error. Pull it out the memory out and plug in again. Often the contacts oxidize and the RAM makes mistakes. The 2x is a beep error code in the manual should be described. This has at this time nothing to do with Windows but is a hardware error when booting the motherboard BIOS.
