Can someone explain to me what the program do? I edit my videos with Pinnacle 14 Ultimate Ultimate, and you burn a DVD with the same synonymous ihm.Aber what is the difference from Canopus ProCoder??

Yes but what Währe the difference between Pinnacle 14 Ultimate and this program? Is it of the Quli better or faster?

Pinnacle 14HD far as I have read is correct for editing / cutting, ProCoder is ne pure converter software (with rudimentary editing options).

You compare, in principle, a laying hen, Class A (= Procoder) with a penny! With foot-and-mouth disease, swine fever and BSE (Pinnacle Studio).
Pinnacle Studio can do everything, but none of it properly. You can do cutting and effects are, but greatly limited by the program in the skills. You can encode (eg according to MPEG2 for DVD) are, but by the program in the quality (of Pinnacle encoder is good garnix) limited. You can create DVD menus are here again and again limited in skills through the program.

It seems to me, you want somewhere higher up, because you are falling behind with Pinnacle Studio s.die borders - that's why I always advise to Vegas Movie Studio, Edius Neo or Premiere Elements, of which there are the professional versions with more skills. Pinnacle Studio, there is no more powerful equivalent, since all large group brothers, both the old Liquid Edition (RIP), alsauch have Avid Media Composer, all other surfaces. When do you want more skills in cutting, you peep Vegas to Edius and Premiere, and Vegas brings synonymous still a powerful authoring software, including AC3 codec and thus form a complete package (while Premiere pure interface software and authoring with Encore extra must be paid, and Edius only a colorful mixture toolkit including a little serious Ulead DVD authoring software brings)
But relearning, and although complete, is announced in any case.

If someone finds the search function of this discussion, I will set the record: The Procoder has a very good deinterlacer, which is very useful when produced in 1080i, but once synonymous want to create WMV files. Second advantage: you can see exactly what the Procoder just may cancel same, if something looks nice. For example, the squeeze is not the case. Third advantage: It works relatively fast. Fourth advantage: You can tell it how it is to interpret the source file. He encoding a 480x270 WMV file as clean, if it persuades you that the 1920x1080 source (other than actually) has no fields.
Conclusion: Absolutely wonderful thing, very important program.

Canopus Canopus = Japan (Edius, hardware) Rhozet = Canopus USA - an independent department, which has been detached from the group. The Procoder is not from the main line of development of the Group.
