I have amazon.de at a dealer the DVD "James Bond Ultimate Collection - Liebesgüße from Moscow" ordered (it was considered "new" specified). When the DVD arrived, I noticed the following shortcomings:
- DVD was not wrapped!
- DVD had Kraz!
- DVD was not, as with the other Ultimate Collections Pappschuber in a nice but in a normal 2-disc plastic box, like all "normal" dvds (which I am personally very annoyed because I want to collect and that all look the same )!
Now I want you to know of what you would do or whether you are my shortcomings ever finds appropriate.

concretely: When the nature of goods tats. of the product is different, and otherwise the synonymous nature as "not normal" view, there is a deficiency.
Claim right of return after Fernabsatzgesetz take 14 days or 4 weeks.

I voted for them recently (last donenrstag) Amazon.de on the DVD "Best wishes from Moscow" from the "James Bond Ultimate Collection" Appointed. Now I have following deficiencies:
- DVD is in a regular DVD case, even though all the movies from this series in an exclusive DVD cardboard slipcase delivered.
- On the DVD's are Kraz although it as "new" is specified.
- DVD is not wrapped in foil, which is "new" DVD's to be the case.
I would be pleased if the deficiencies described above could resolve.

The dealer can not fix these errors, so it makes little sense to ask him a question. I would obviously not be the appropriate description of goods with reference to the Distance Selling Act and send back to the dealer to provide the ordered item, but this time in perfect condition to be delivered. Let but in any case, the spell checker on your text to run, so at least no sense disfiguring typos there are more!

Was it the DVD for 13 ¬? As a customer writes to DVD quality problems could have ... I have a DVD synonymous times bought at Amazon and was able to give back problems again. If you have a detailed error analysis, type, take them back again.

We could now ask again to come back? I've just been answering the dealer gekriegt. He writes that there are 2 different versions of the ultimate edition is, once with and once without pappverpackung. Now I have to ask is it? I have never seen any other version thereof, or gehöhrt ....

einklich it may be cold now, what else is there, right? In two versions, the seller will hold that he could know that "special editions" of collectors in the corresponding condition and packaging purchased.
Soller halt prices.
You want the cardboard box, because it fits into your collection, and then send back the original cardboard wrapped send lasssen, plus no extra cost, because it was not your problem.
Can ask whether the costs reimbursed for return, but let at 14 euros off the bar, trip costs more than the CD; o)

So, it looks like they are individually in cardboard boxes. Then there is they are still in Kofferset with Plastikcase.

It can help you perfectly no preference in his description of the NRC was, at least you're saying and I believe you there, and that is wrapped and if not, then at least without a scratch, so your contractor has committed breach of contract and you can use it to send the thing back! Then you either get your money back, or indeed a new DVD box.

ok I'll just by the dvd amazon return center to send back (yes there is a 2 weeks right of return without explain) and the monetary reimbursement. then I get the dvd with another amazon order dealers.

On comments from retailers can be seen that there seems to undertake a sloppy act. I recommend this dealer is not next (name: dvd-cheap-and-fast)
