HELP - All the clips are displayed with -1 and 00:00:00!

Moin! I could scream .... Yesterday in Premiere Pro 6.5 worked, fine. Today I'm the Project and on my timeline is empty. A look into the project window, and I soon get nen Herzkasper:
All the clips with "-1" and a length of "00:00:00:00" appears! And when I mean all, I mean all - movies, graphics, therefore still images, audio files, etc. In the computer language I'd say the project is shot to pieces.
WHO CAN HELP ME? Boys and girls, I'd be very grateful to you!

It is best if you can fix the problems themselves ... Well, after I searched the FAQ again DETAILED area, I encountered a similar problem and ensure there is a solution:

Premiere commas or change any of the points in the other way and means there are lumps ..... See the link above there is a tool, a nice man, which eliminates the problem ...
