if the HTPC is on there is on channel 12 strips about 2cm spacing 45 Gard, do I turn on the HTPC as it's gone. The HTPC itself with a Hauppauge PVR150 generated on this for two other channels in similar incidents. But on TV, these channels are not disturbed, just the channel 12 (I had discovered yesterday, otherwise not)
When I turn on the HTPC and do not like the PVR150 activate, there are on TV channels with 4 faults, which will see grieseln out in white on a black canal in score. If the PVR has been activated, it is gone.
Have analog cable connection, the first device is the third TV HTPC second VCR connected with T pieces.
The error appears when HTPC zuliegen, I guess the PVR150 or it may be synonymous to the main board?
Please help
Already have the VCR off makes no difference

Solution, the card is not properly in the PCI slot.
