The enclosed software called Motion DV Studio and Movie Sweet Life, I do not understand. With the programs I can (presumably) the tape recordings to play on, but I can not program into existing videos of my hard drive and more. I can only new material from the tape and raufholen edit, but I will not, have already aufm Pc which I gladly would like archievieren.
Are there other software that is suitable for this (Nero?), Consumption at all what I need? The manual does a great cover ...

Hi Jangool, I can not quite understand question: Is it going to the video editing with the recorded material for your GS 500, you with other already existing on your PC Want to mix videos, or the back of playing videos on your cam GS500? No, I is not about the video editing, which I'm already since a few years ago. I work with Ulead video editor, so when I finished one video I have it mostly as MPEG converted and then burned. If I take it to AVI MPEG umwandel, I would like this version on tape to play as a backup. Does the theory? And if so, how? Programs included in the war, I inserted the video, not all AVIs! Previously, I was able to a single AVI file to insert, when he has but synonymous promptly augehängt :-(
The MPEGs I do not tape up my warrior, I almost thought ... But I would in any case with Ulead next work!

What is important is what you in the AVI container plug. A DV camcorder DV-expected data and nothing else. So if you are the contents of the Timeline exportierst, then save the movie as an AVI file using a DV codec. That means you can then save as DV-AVI. The content of such an AVI file you can then uswith WinDV

I do not know what exactly during the capture process happens, as what is encoded. s.ende hab ich jedenfalls avi files (at least they say so) and with whom I had previously with no problems video program (magix, pinnacle, Ulead video studio and editor). Of these just do not want to panasonic, but it is strange: - / I will win this time dv try!

So with war-Win Dv I actually added all the opinions! Now my next hurdle is how I view the video on the tape draw. I did try and edit a video in avi gerendet. If I win Dv select Record and press the camera to playback mode stelle (I've read you should do so), is synonymous to the video camera back (because I was quite impressed:)), but how can I absorb it? The REC button of the camera, I can not operate, or he does not respond in playback mode ...?! And in the instructions is synonymous to nothing!
