I am going to plan a small film company. He should be approximately 20 minutes long. Is there a rule of thumb for the processing time? In the sense of: for a complete minute of film it takes X hours processing time. I think at the time of the moment when the data (; ACHVD) on the hard drive of your computer to lie to burn to DVD.

It depends of your skills and the effort in post processing. A rule of thumb is not there - probably you will not under 1hr processing time per minute of film to come ;-)
