I'm looking for a kind of "Introduction Glossary" in the handling of shooting. I shoot with my series on eg. avi and mpeg format and vorallem DVDs. Perhaps there is a book or more likely website in the early times of s.and for Beginners explains what format it is, what they differ, the pros and cons, etc. I want to learn such videos myself to cut the size to change the most appropriate format and to choose the correct codecs to use.

Thank you, werd ich mir mal s.Wochenende even closer look. I thought, but rather s.eine statement in relation to the different compression formats and compression schemes which should be there. Tags like (DivX, VirtualDub, mpeg, codec, TMPGEnc, Xvid, ACC, DVD, compress, decode, cut, etc.) Maybe I have my Suchabsichten now made clearer?
