The compact camcorder with the name of Kodak Play Sport (; ZX3) is just newly available. I wonder if I should grow one such vsweil they should have a digital image stabilization. I would like to create a thread to share with others about the pros and cons of this camcorder. maybe someone has one? How is it so? And, big concerns: I Could anyone who has to provide two sample movies available - in the original file format so that I can see how with my software to work? Preferably with two different resolutions and filmed privately filmed, so you can see how it is with the Image Stabilization Sun I would like to compare the quality with the Zi8 of Kodak. So if someone could provide me with the sample movies Zi8 available, that would be synonymous very helpful.
Antwort von Büschel:
So I have this camera (play sports) are now bought as a second camera (as my "normal" Camera is currently posted due to defect ...) and find the thing for 130 ¬ absolutely right. Video Quality: This of course is not super-sharp, but with 720p 60fps is Bewegtaufnahmen of advantage. Moreover, it is full frame. Honestly, I feel ripped of the "big" producers, when it supposedly higher-quality models with still interlaced and share ... it's all synonymous Sun Of course, should the Abwärtskompatibilitätsprediger howl that the videos are not included in the Play Sports PAL, because Grandma and Grandpa always have an old tube TV with DVD player of the year one have. On the computer monitor, it runs pretty smoothly, however, as on the modern high-definition television. Overall, the video quality in good to moderate light conditions is ok. Better than a cell phone or most cameras all. appropriate for ¬ 130.
The stabilization is of course not a panacea, especially since you have to get used to first s.die Handy Form. However, I would not describe it as a placebo. A certain effect is felt. Since the camcorder has a fixed focal, which is at 720p even pleasant 35mm, the Verwacklungspotenzial is anyway not that high.
The sound is muffled slightly because only a small mono microphone is present. But it is useful. Beeping noise or not is fortunately available.
The processing makes a very good impression. The water resistance, I could not check yet. Interesting: The thing even has a tripod mount.
The display is quite bright and easy to read, if synonymous only 2 "tall.
Comparison with a direct to Zi8 or original files, I can not serve, but the video here might be interested in:
The files are in MOV format and are actually quite good to deal with. On a 16GB card fit in about 3 hours 720p/60fps shots.
What I find synonymous worth mentioning: Kodak shall, when even an HDMI cable. The Manufacturer does not create most of the other, not even at much more expensive models.
That would be first to do so. I do not know whether the interest of the OP after 4 months is still there, but perhaps still is interested in someone else to play sports.
