With all the currently popular DV camcorders you can make it very useful in normal daylight indoors. About 3 years old with my PAN NV GS-5 just can not get anywhere if it is really dark. Even shooting in a church (that is, practically at all) without light I have recently been very successful. Maybe a little bit pixelated, but absolutely ok.

It delivers very sharp images in daylight with brilliant colors that are indoors during the day well with a 60W lamp's synonymous goes, even though the recordings are somewhat noisy, but is still in the frame. Has been discussed so many times that delivers this Cam in poor lighting is not optimal picture. So highly recommended, great usability, in the dark, but goes fast nix mehr (synonymous night functions are allegedly not so hot) as with the competition.
