I turn on my NV-GS10 EC s.and take synonymous the cap from the front, I have no picture on my LCD screen, synonymous in the folded state is not in the picture to see viewfinders.
Only the ads are there, so I can call up the menu etc.
Had such a thing ever someone?
Initially I thought I would cover it, but it was down.
Has Panasonic repair Packages? (I guess times that there is a fault in the hardware, the question must stop, whether it is still worthwhile)

You can present error-free recordings (with picture and sound) play? If you now something aufnimmst, then at least you hear the sound?
If you both with questions and can answer yes to the camcorder about 3 years old, there is hope for a free repair. Wende Dich s.Panasonic times and ask for faulty CCDs. ;-)

I can answer both questions with yes, the device is synonymous almost ganau 3 years old.
Panasonic Service Center says, but the series is no error in this series exist.
